July 2025 reads

July Reads

Lots of pool and lake days for us this July which allowed me to read a lot of books! I also have been walking our dog every day, so I got to listen to a few as well on Audible.

5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone is Lying to You by Jo Piazza-absolutely loved this! Think trad wife/ballerina farm with a murder in the mix! So well done!!

4 stars-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Big Beautiful Life by Emily Henry-vibes of Evelyn Hugo-writer trying to write the story of an heiress

Don’t Let Him In by Lisa Jewell-think “Dirty John” podcast and show-manipulative conman

Don’t Open Your Eyes by Liv Constantine- imagine having nightmares about your family and then they came true! Pure torture!!

The Woman in Suite 11-follow up to Woman in Cabin 10, but I actually liked this one better!

Slow Burn Summer by Josie Silver-honestly I’ve loved all her books-an author hires an actress to pretend she’s an author of a hit romance book

A Happy Marriage by AR Torre-absolute insanity and you will say “what the heck did I just read?”

When We Were Friends by Jane Green (short story)-always love Jane Green and this short story is great about friendship and trust

3.5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Close Your Eyes and Count to 10 by Lisa Unger-adventure reality show in real life-not my favorite Lisa Unger book
