I was inspired by my favorite podcast, Happier with Gretchen Rubin, to come up with a holiday motto to help get through the holidays. I thought about our lives and how chaotic it is at times with work, kids, hockey, gymnastics, etc. and I savor the time with my family of 5 since we don’t get it as much as we used to.
I thought of one of my favorite quotes by the amazing Princess Diana…….”Family is the most important thing in the world.”
So this holiday season, that’s what I am going to keep in mind as my motto. We have a trip to Orlando coming up soon, just the 5 of us. I am going to embrace every minute of our time with our family of 5 that we have created.
