Book review: Too Good To Be True by Carola Lovering

Summary:

With alternating points of view between Skye and Heather, both women give accounts of their marriage to the same man.

Burke Michaels seems to be a lying and cheating man married to two different women at the same time without either knowing………but what seems to be true really is not the truth.

Skye is much younger and suffers from a serious anxiety disorder. After meeting Burke, Skye finally thinks she has found love and someone to accept her for who she is.

Heather has been with Burke since she was a teenager. A few kids later and a lot of debt leads to unhappiness in their marriage.

My Thoughts:

Alternating perspectives and some unreliable narrating makes this twisted book one I couldn’t stop reading.

There’s not much I can say in the review without giving it away. There were parts near the end that I had trouble following when everything gets explained, but it did have a pretty satisfying ending.
