Summary:
Millie has recently been released from prison and has acquired a job as a maid at a wealthy home. It seems like it is too good to be true, and after spending a few days with Nina Winchester, Millie realizes this is a toxic situation. With Millie’s background, she does not have many choices to make money and have a place to live like the Winchester home.
Millie’s situation becomes dire as the events unfurl in this twisty thriller.
My Thoughts:
The first half is the book is from Millie’s point of view and then it changes to provide background information on the Winchester family. It is fast paced and full of twists and turns.
I would give this a 3.5 out of 5 stars-it was good and kept my attention, but it was predictable and similar to other books.
