Book review: The Women in White by Sarah Pekkanen

Summary:

This book features a dual timeline of present time and the 1960s where four young women are part of research being done in the psychology department.

In the present time, Riley is recently divorced and takes a job as a caretaker of Betty, one of the women who was one of the four women in the experiments. Betty wants the help of Riley to find the other girls in the experiment.

My Thoughts:

This book was so intriguing and led me down a rabbit hole of the paranormal studies that were really done in the 1960s at Duke University conducted by Dr. McDougall where he  coined the concept of “ESP.”

I really enjoyed this book and how it brought these experiments that really happened to my eyes!
