Book Review: The Broken Girls by Simone St. James

Summary:

In 1950, there was a boarding school that many felt was haunted. Most of the girls who attended were girls that had trouble in their lives or were escaping something at home. This novel reverts back to 1950 while also examining Fiona’s story. Fiona’s sister had been murdered and buried by the boarding school twenty years prior. The boarding school is to be renovated and opened again. Fiona begins to investigate as a newspaper reporter.

My Thoughts:

I loved this book! It was written very well and the way that the stories became intertwined were very clever. It was spooky and chilling, and I loved the ending!

5/5 stars
