Summary:

Hen and Lloyd have moved into a new home in a suburb of Boston. Hen has had a prior history of bipolar and finally has her medication stabilized and is working as an illustrator. After a dinner party at their neighbors’ house, Hen spots an item that was a key piece in a murder investigation she had followed in the news. As Hen starts to investigate and become suspicious of her neighbor, Matthew, she begins to think he is planning something again. Hen ends up in a situation seeing Matthew as a suspect in another crime.

My Thoughts:

I absolutely love Peter Swanson’s books. He has a twisted plot as usual, which reminds me a lot of Riley Sager. This book totally sucked me in, and I couldn’t put it down! This was totally not what I expected, but it was fabulous! If you love a twisted murder mystery, you definitely need to read this!
