Summary:
Abby and Nate are excited about their new neighbors……until Abby realizes it is her old boyfriend who she pushed away after a terrible accident that took her brother’s life.
This twisted plot features a relationship between Abby and Nate that stemmed from him as the first approaching the accident in which her brother died along with many other intricate domestic twists and turns. Nate and Abby came together in a time of turmoil and despair as Abby recovered from the accident.
Abby and the new neighbor, Liam, pretend not to know each other. Their attraction was always intense, and it seems to still exist. Secrets remain and become entwined in this domestic drama.
My Thoughts:
I listened to this on Audible, and the narration was done well. I had my ear buds in wherever I went for the 3 days I listened to this. I was so emotionally invested in this book; I found myself tearing up many times throughout the book.
I recommend this addictive book, but it is a tear jerker.
