Book Review: Only Ever Her by Marybeth Mayhew Whalen

Summary:

Annie Taft’s wedding is just a few days away, but Annie has disappeared. Everything was prepared for this to be a perfect southern wedding in her South Carolina town. Why did Annie vanish? Were there second thoughts? Did it have anything to do with the fact that her mother’s supposed killer was being released from jail? Everyone becomes a suspect as this book switches from past to present to provide the reader with details to help figure out what happened to Annie.

My Thoughts:

I was really looking forward to this, but I was a bit disappointed by it. I had high expectations for the ending, but the conclusion was a bit of a let down for me. I was expecting a lot more suspense and really enjoyed her prior books a lot more.
