June 2026 reading recap

June books

🇬🇷 June was one of the best months of my life because I got to spend time with my family in Greece! I was able to read and listen to five books throughout my travels and once we were home. 🇬🇷

☀️Dissection of Murder by Jo Murray-    murder mystery that follows a forensic pathologist as science and secrets collide in the search for a killer. Smart, atmospheric, and filled with satisfying twists. The ending will make your jaw drop!

☀️Caller Unknown by Gillian McAllister-   suspenseful thriller centered on an unexpected phone call that unravels lives and forces impossible choices with a mother and a daughter

☀️The House of Hidden Letters by Izzy Broom-dual-timeline story of a girl escaping a terrible situation in England to move to Greece-family secrets, lost love, and discovering the truth hidden in old letters on a beautiful Greek island-I read this in Greece, so it was a perfect setting

☀️Beach Thriller by Jaime Day-    A fast-paced summer mystery set in a picturesque beach town where buried secrets and suspicious neighbors make for an entertaining vacation read!

☀️The Lost Bookshop by Evie Woods- A magical story that blends historical fiction and romance as strangers’ lives become connected through a mysterious hidden bookshop-I read this for a book club-fantasy isn’t usually my first choice
