21 for 2021

One of my favorite authors and podcast hosts is Gretchen Rubin. Gretchen and her sister do these lists every year, and I’ve been inspired to complete one again!

  1. Read 60 books.
  2. Eat one fruit or vegetable with at least 2 meals a day.
  3. Organize garage.
  4. Organize hockey jerseys in laundry room.
  5. Minimize dairy again from my life!
  6. Make homemade pasta.
  7. Walk dogs outside at least 4 times a week so Luna can lose some weight!
  8. Put wedding VCR tape on DVD.
  9. Have a date at least twice a month with Tim.
  10. Get together with one girlfriend or a group of girls once a month for lunch, dinner, coffee, wine, etc.
  11. Finish Hayden’s scrapbook!
  12. Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.
  13. Stay after school for at least an hour a week to get papers graded.
  14. Get a skin check at the dermatologist.
  15. Try a new recipe for dinner once a week.
  16. Declutter email at least once a week
  17. Even if the yoga studios don’t open for awhile, do yoga at least once a week with an online class.
  18. Go to the farmer’s market for fresh food when it is open.
  19. Delete unused apps on my phone.
  20. Get an annual checkup.
  21. Update framed pictures in our house.
