Summary:
Four couples are presented with an all expense paid trip to a new island resort for a week. All of the couples really need this trip; some need it just to get away and others have a relationship on the rocks.
The island is beautiful and just like paradise. But when a storm comes the first night, one person ends up deceased. No cell service and no way off the island leads to high emotions as they try to figure out what happened and who is responsible. Secrets surface and cannot stay hidden.
My Thoughts:
I was pleasantly surprised with this book. I did not know what to expect since this was my first read from Kiersten Modglin.
There were many twists and turns towards the end of the book once the guests get closer and closer to the truth.
This was a quick and suspenseful read that I finished in two days.
