Book review: Cul-de-sac by Joy Fielding

Every neighborhood has drama and secrets. This particular cul-de-sac in the upscale area of Palm Garden, Florida is no different; however, some of their secrets go way beyond the normal neighborhood.

The plot starts with a newly separated kind woman named Maggie. The plot shifts from character to character throughout ending with an explosive ending at a neighborhood party where secrets are revealed.

My Thoughts:

This was more of a domestic drama with a bit of mystery in it than a thriller. I always enjoy neighborhood domestic drama books since the greatest one Big Little Lies. Although this couldn’t compare to a book like that, it was an enjoyable read that kept my attention and kept me shocked at how ma g secrets could occur in one little cup-de-sac!
