🥧 Summary 🥧 

There is a community of people you may never have heard about called “trad wives.” A trad wife is a traditional housewife who exudes the aesthetic of a woman with the conservative values of a 50s housewife. This has gained popularity on social media with trad wife influencers. 

That being said, let’s get into the story! Lizzie and Bex were the best of friends in college until something happened when Bex totally cut her off. In the meantime, Bex married her husband, Gray, and becomes a social media trad wife hit influencer with a large family and a perfect house. Out of nowhere, Bex contacts Lizzie via a social media message asking her to meet her at an influencer conference. During the conference, Bex ends up missing and Gray is brutally murdered at their ranch. 

Lizzie ends up in the middle of an investigation, and as a journalist, she is in the perfect place to ask questions and find her friend. 

🍞 My Thoughts 🍞

Jo Piazza sealed the deal as one of my new favorite authors! I’ve read two Jo Piazza books and given both 5 stars!  Jo Piazza truly is an underrated author who is definitely taking the world by storm! 

I truly could not stop reading this book. I had to know what happened! This crazy world of social media influencers was insane to read about! The fake kitchens and persona that these influencers show to the world is not what it seems. 

Another 5 star book from Jo Piazza!!
